TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Payment of all packages must be made in cash on the first lesson or purchased online (lay buys are not accepted).

• Discount packages are neither refundable nor transferable.

• The discount packages are valid from Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9 am to 5 pm.

• Lessons and packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, but must be consumed within 3 months.

• To be eligible for packages, you must have a Victorian Learner's Permit (except refresher package, any other licence including international, Victorian full or P licences not permissible).

• Your instructors must be notified directly of any cancellations or rescheduled lessons 24 hours in advance, or your account will be charged/deducted accordingly.

• Express test packages can only be picked up and dropped off at VicRoads offices.

• Minimum 5 days notice is required for drive test cancellations / rescheduling otherwise drive test fee will be charged.

• Drive test can only be rescheduled once.

• If the test is cancelled because of negligence by the client or incomplete documentation, the test fee still applies.

• In few circumstances funds are available within 7 days of purchase with a $10 processing charge.

• Verify your location in our service area before making a purchase; otherwise, there is a cancellation fee.
